摘要
在分析表面波传播规律的基础上,从弹性波和有限变形理论出发,建立了表面波在有初始应力的各向同性弹性体中传播时,物体表面应力与超声波传播速度之间的一般关系,并借助级数展开方法在微小变化时进行线性简化,得出了可供实际检测的近似声弹公式.不仅简化了检测程序,且该公式与实验结果吻合良好,从而有助于金属与非金属材料或构件表面应力和使用状况的在役或在线检测与评价.
This paper deals with acoustoelasticity of surface acoustic wave propagating in isotropic elastic ma-terial with initial stresses. The surface wave in isotropic elastic material subjected to a homogeneous stress is studied theoretically. The basic acoustoelastic equation is derived on theories of dynamic elasticity for finite deformation, and is further linearized by means of serial developing method for convenient application in ultra-sonic nondestructive detection of surface stresses. The result shows good agreement with the experimental data for both metal and nonmetal specimens.
