摘要
编辑的知识结构是关系到编辑学研究、编辑素质及编辑事业发展等方面的重要问题 ,现代化、数字化的当代社会需要编辑不断地调整、优化知识结构 ,从而提高编辑素质、优化编辑队伍 ,只有这样 ,才能适应现代化出版事业对编辑人员的基本要求。编辑知识结构研究应该同编辑学研究、编辑实践研究、学科编辑专业研究、编辑与现代化研究结合起来。
Editing knowledge structure is an important problem concerning editing science research, editing quality and editing career development. The modernized and digitalized society requires that editing should unceasingly adjust and optimize the knowledge structure, thus it can improve the editing quality and optimize the editing staff. Only by this way can the basic requirement to the editing staff of modernized publishing career be met. Research on editing knowledge structure should be united with research of editing science, of editing practice, of discipline professional editing and of editing and modernization.
