摘要
国家助学贷款是我国公办高校推行收费改革后的产物 ,为家庭困难学生上学解决燃眉之急。国家助学贷款的实施 ,是保障高等教育人人机会平等的体现。完善国家助学贷款的办法 ,大力开展国家助学贷款 ,对继续扩大高等教育规模、实施科教兴国计划、提高整个中华民族素质具有重要现实意义和光辉前景。
State-granted loan in aid is the product of charging reform that institutions of higher learning have carried out in our country, which relieved the financial burden of those students in great need. Carrying-out of the loan embodies the important thought of 'three representings' presented by President Jiang and guarantees the equality of chance in higher education. Perfecting the ways of state-granted loan in aid and greatly developing it have great realistic importance and bright future to enlarging the scale of higher education and putting the plan of 'reviving the nation through science and education' into practice.
