摘要
论述了供应链管理 (SCM)的基本内涵 ,面向 SCM的企业资源计划 (ERP)的功能组成及其成功实施的条件。企业资源计划 (ERP)不仅是先进的管理软件和工具 ,而且也是现代管理思想的集成系统。面向供应链管理的 ERP是企业未来发展的方向 。
The basic contents of supply chain management (SCM), functions of enterprise resources planning (ERP), and the conditions applied ERP successfully were analyzed. ERP is not only the advanced software and tool of management, but also the integrated philosophy of modern management thinking. The ERP oriented SCM presents the future guide of enterprise development, and its study has both theoretical and practical significance.\;
