摘要
本文应用灯盏细辛胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛组患者116例(男性73例,女43例;年龄64±8yr),3粒,tid,po(每粒含灯盏花素45mg)。丹参胶囊组49例(男29例,女20例,年龄62±7yr),3粒,tid,po(每粒含丹参生药2g)。疗程均为8wk。灯盏细辛组临床总有效率为89％,高于丹参组52％(p<0.001)。并对心功能、血小板聚集率、体外血栓形成等有一定改善作用。
Erigeron breviscapus capsule (EB cap) for treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris in 116 patients (M 73, F 43; age 64±8 yr) were given 3 cap, tid, po (each cap contains EB 45mg). While the other 49 patients (M29, F20; age 62±7yr) with angina pectoris, were treated by Salvia miltiorrhiza capsule (SM cap) (each cap contains SM 2g) 3 cap, tid, po, as control. The course of treatment were both 8 wk. The total response rate of the EB cap group was 89%, higher than that of SM cap group (52%) P<0.001. EB cap group also could improve the cardiac function, decrease the platelet aggregation rate and reduce the thrombus formation in vitro.
