摘要
日本发动的那场侵略战争已经远离我们而去 ,受害国也得到了不同程度的赔偿或补偿 ,但受害国的心灵创伤却没有得到愈合。究其主要原因 :一是赔偿少 ,与战争造成的损害不相称 ,与经济大国地位不相称 ;二是缺乏诚意 ,与德国比相差甚远。面对民间索赔浪潮 ,日本政府应该通过以国家意志的法律的形式 ,作统一的明确的战争认罪 。
The aggressive war launched by Japan had already gone away. Although the aggressed states gained certain reparations, the aggressed people's heartsare still hurting. The reasins to it are two:one is that the amount of the war reparations is too small; the other is that the Japanese government is quite less honest than the Germany government. Now the Japanese government should claim the war crime by law rather than neglect the nongovermental claim of way reparations.
