摘要
研究结果表明 :MS +BA0 2 +IBA1 0为最佳继代培养基 ;MS +BA0 1+IBA0 5为最佳壮苗培养基 ;MS +IBA1 0为最佳生根培养基。组培过程中 ,应以MS为基本培养基 ,且激素BA用量不宜超过 1 0mg/L ;以自然光为辅助光源可提高耐寒赤桉试管苗的生根率和生根质量 ;半固体培养基由于会引起组培材料褐变而不宜使用 ,液体培养基对芽增殖、高生长与生根均有促进 ;季节的选择对试管苗移栽成活率影响很大 ,选择 5月份移栽 ,成活率可达 96 0
Research results:MS+BA0 2+IBA1 0 is the best step generational culture medeum;MS+BA0 1+IBA0 5 is the best strong sprout culture medium,MS+IBA1 0 is the best strike root culture medium.During the tissue culture,MS should be the base tissue medium and the quantity of hormone AB should be less than 1 0mg/L.The natural light used for auxiliary light can accelerate the rate and quality of strike root of test-tube breeding of Eucalyptus.The semi-solid tissue medium was not suitable because it may cause the tissue culture to turn brown;the liquid tissue medium can accelerate the development of bud,growth and stride root.The method is effective for transplantation the test-tube culture The survival rate can increase 96% by transplanting in May.
