摘要
本文研究合金元素对由化学气相沉积钛硼液相浸渍法制得的复合丝的冲击性能和拉伸强度的影响,合金元素能够改变复合丝的界面结合,对复合丝的强度和韧性有相同的影响效果,在纯铝中加入Ti元素能提高复合丝的强韧性,而基体中Cu、Zn元素的提高则有不利影响。
The affection of alloy elements on the impact and tensile property of C / Al composite wires produced by means of CVD Ti-B coating has been studied. Interface bonding states of composite wires can be changed by the variation of alloy elements which affects the strength and toleration of composite wires in the same direction. Adding some Ti elements into Al matrix can increase the strength and toleration of composite wires and increasing contents of Cu and Zn elements in matrix has bad affection.
