摘要
我院自1988年3月～1990年6月,采用经皮股动脉插管药物灌注治疗宫颈癌29例,临床分期Ⅱ期13例,Ⅲ期16例。一般治疗3～4个疗程,总有效率为62％,Ⅱ期有效率为80.46％,Ⅲ期有效率为43.7％。化疗后3例患者做了根治性子宫切除术与盆腔淋巴清扫术。股动脉插管药物灌注化疗是一种简单、安全与有效的方法,疗效优于经手术腹壁下动脉插管法,并可以作为术前或放疗前的辅助治疗。
Twenty nine cases of cervical carcinoma under,vent intra-arteria femoralis catheterization chemotherapy during 1988.3-1990.6 in our hospital. The clinical staging of the patients were stage Ⅱ 13 cases and stage. Ⅲ 16 cases. Following 3-4 courses of chemotherapy, (DDP. Adm) the total response rate was 62％, while the stage Ⅱ was 80.46％ and the stage Ⅲ response rate was 45.7％ After chemotherapy 3 cases (stage Ⅱ) underwent radical hysterectomy with pelvic lymphadeneclormy Catheterization via derm intra-arteria femoralis infusion chemotherapy is a simple,safe and effectivc procedure and may be used as a preoperative or preradio-therapy treatment.
