氟对人血清脂质过氧化物、巯基和尿羟脯氨酸/肌酐值的影响

摘要 吐鲁番夏季炎热干旱,居民饮水量很大,致摄氟量增加引起氟中毒流行。本文对该区两个水氟含量不同的生产队维吾尔族农民血清LPO、-SH和尿Hyp/Cr值进行了测定分析。结果显示:两队农民血清-SH含量虽有差别,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。水氟含量(0.91mg/L)较高的A队农民血清LPO和尿Hyp/Cr值均高于水氟含量(0.58mg/L)低的B队农民,差别均有显著性。LPO含量分别为:3.47±0.75nmol/ml和2.99±0.69nmol/ml(P<0.05);尿Hyp/Cr值分别为:29.20±9.98mg/g和22.29±7.52mg/g(P<0.01)。表明脂质过氧化和胶原分解代谢受水氟的影响。提示血清LPO和尿HYP/Cr值可作为氟中毒的辅助诊断指标。 The weather of Turfan is extremely hot and dry in summer, therefore, the inhabitants drunk large amount of water. The volume of which could be up to 5-8L/day. They could intake a lot of fluoride over the limits of suitable value 2mg/day, from drinking water and may suffer from fluoride poisoning in different degree. The contents of malonaldehyde (MDA) as aproduct of lipid peroxide(LPO)in two different areas were 3.47±0.75 nmol/ml and 2.99±0.69 nmol/ml respectively. MDA contents in area A were significantly higher than area B. It suggests that LPO might be relative to fluorine-poisoning. The contents of total-SH in area A were lower than those area B,but non-significant. This might be the compensatory adjustment function of the organism to make it possible that the active-SH maintained in a certain levels. The ratioes of Hyp/Cr in area A were 29.20±9.98mg/g Cr; in B 22.29±7.52mg/g Cr. The former was significantly higher than the latter. It suggests that catabolism of collagen increased in fluorosis. we think that the levels of serum LPO and urinary Hyp/Cr may be the early adjuvant indexes for diagnosing fluorosis.
