摘要
根据我国加入世贸组织之后 ,中医药业将同时面对三种形式的国际竞争的实际 ,以世贸组织多边贸易框架和国外发达国家植物药市场运行规则为参照系 ,运用比较研究、实证分析与规范分析相结合、部门研究与市场研究相结合的方法 ,分析中医药业的历史和现状 ,提示我国中医药业与世贸组织的不相容性 ,提出利用机遇和化解挑战的对策。
After China's entrance to world trade organization(WTO),traditional Chinese medicine industry confronts three forms of international competition.The history and current situation of Chinese medicine industry are analyzed in accordance with multi-national trade frame and regulations of plant medicine market in the developed countries.It is indicated that Chinese medicine is somewhat incompatible with the rules of WTO,thus this article presents strategies to seize the opportunity and meet the challenges.
