摘要
目的 观察右心房容积对心房肺动脉连结术血流动力学的影响。方法 应用体外脉动流右心房肺动脉连续装置 ,测定不同的右心房容积 (4 0~ 80ml)在不同的流量 (2~ 6L min)下的能量损耗。结果 随右涯房容积的扩大及流量的增加 ,能量损耗增大 (P <0 0 1)。
Objective: To observe the effect of progressive right atrial dilatation on right heart flow dynamics. Methods: A simplified pulmonary pulse duplicator system was established with modified atriopulmonary connection. Various degrees of right atrial dilatation (40~80 ml) were performed. Flow models were perfused in a vitro flow loop with the use of normal saline fluid. A fluid energy balance was performed for five flow rates (2 0 to 6 0 L/min) at each degree of right atrial dilatation. Results: Fluid energy loss increased with increasing right atrial dilatation and flow rate in all studied conditions (P<0 01). Conclusion: Right atrial dilatation in atropulmonary connection cause fluid energy losses. These observations may help explain the progressive nature of late failure of atriopulmonary connection.
