摘要
目的 了解老年 2型糖尿病患者血糖含量与血同型半胱氨酸含量的关系。方法 选取我院住院 2型糖尿病患者 5 0例、对照组 5 0例 ,分别测定空腹、早餐后 2小时血糖 (BG)及同型半胱氨酸 (Hcys)。结果 糖尿病组空腹Hcys水平比对照组显著升高 ,餐后 2小时BG、Hcys均较空腹显著升高。结论 老年 2型糖尿病血糖值与血同型半胱氨酸值呈正相关。
Objective To study the relationships between the serum homocysteine (Hcys) and blood glucose (BG) in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Using biochemistry methods the fasting BG (FBG), BG 2 h after breakfast and Hcys were measured in 50 pateints with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 50 matched healthy controls.Results The level of fasting Hcys in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group. The levels of Hcys and BG 2 h after breakfast were also much higher than those before the meal.Conclusion Serum Hcys had a positive correlation with BG in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
