摘要
针对红外辐射涂料在工业炉不同基体表面上应用时出现的涂层易脱落问题 ,对自制的过渡金属氧化物系红外辐射涂料进行了涂层高温抗热震性实验研究 ,研制了两种抗热震性优良的红外辐射涂料 。
Synopsis In light of the problem that the coat tends to peel off after the infrared radiant coating is painted on the surface of different metal base of the furnace experiments have been made on the heat shock resistance of the infrared radiant coating of the transition metal oxides.Two different infrared radiant coatings with high heat shock resistance have been developed and successfully used for painting the metal base and refractory base.
