摘要
基于脉冲爆震发动机(PDE)的性能参数与结构参数之间的关系,针对汽油和甲烷两种燃料,计算了在一定的设计平均推力水平下,瞬时推力、爆震管长度、爆震管直径和爆震频率各量之间的依赖曲线。依此计算及设计思路,设计的两套模型 PDE均能按要求正常工作,说明了该设计方法的可靠性,并为脉冲爆震发动机的结构方案设计提供了技术储备。
Pulse detonation engine (PDE) is widely recognized as a revolutionary aerospace concept, but information concerning its specific design procedure is, to our best knowledge, very scanty in the open literature. Our research provides the design procedure for determination of diameter and length of detonation chamber when thrust required is known. Section 2 gives our procedure in detail as can be seen in Fig. 1. Section 3 gives numerical results for two kinds of fuel; gasoline (Figs. 2~5) and methane (Figs. 6~9). Thrust levels for each fuel are 5, 50, 500, 1 000 N respectively. In all eight figures, our procedure gives the variation of length of detonation chamber with its diameter; in each figure different curves correspond to different detonation frequencies. Two sets of PDE rigs, designed according to our procedure, can meet performance requirements as can be seen from Figs. 10 and 11. Thus we conclude preliminarily that our procedure is feasible and reliable.
