摘要
实验用的花花柴的种子来自中国科学院吐鲁番沙漠植物园。实验结果表明花花柴细胞染色体数目为2n=20,根据Leran等染色体命名法则,花花柴的核型模式应为:K(2n)=2x=20m。按Stebbins的核型不对称分级标准属于“1A”型。
Materials for karyotype analysis of Karelinia caspica are collected in Turpan Eremophytes Botanic Garden, Academia Sinica. The numbers of chromosomes in root-tip cells of the species are 2n=20, agreeing with those reported by Chouksanova (1968). A comparison of the karyotypical data is shown in Table 1. According to the chromosomal terminology defined by Levan et al. , the karyotype formula of Karelinia caspica is K(2n)=2x=20m. It belongs to '1A' type of Stebbins'karyotypic asymmetry.Photomicrographs, karyotype and idiogram of Karelinia caspica are shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 3.
