摘要
对我国民航企业在管理方面存在的问题进行了分析 ,认为既有政府管理职能“越位”和“缺位”的原因 ,也有民航企业自身观念、经营和管理方面的原因 ,提出了加快政府职能转换、加快民航企业改革步伐和改善经营管理等方面的对策建议。
Based on an analysis of the problems in business administration of China's civil aviation, the essay suggests that these problems stem both from the government (improper performance of its function) and from the aviation business itself (outmoded conception etc.). Countermeasures are given in the essay.
