摘要
对三峡工程的枢纽变电站—— 2 2 0 k V陈家冲变电站发生的一起全站停电事故的原因进行了详细的分析。这起事故因保护误动引起 ,而交流电源失去后因蓄电池故障导致的一系列现象使值班员未能正确判断事故的真正原因 ,从而延长了系统停电时间。为防止类似事故的发生 。
The cause of the whole power failure which occurred at 220 kV Chenjiachong Substation--the key substation of the Three Gorges project is analyzed in detail. This accident was caused by the wrong operation of the relay protection. After the loss of the alternating current, the operator on duty could not judge correctly the real cause due to the storage cell trouble, thus prolonged the time of system power failure. To prevent similar accidents from happening, this paper puts forward countermeasures.
