手术前后心肌酶学对比观察射频消融术的安全性 被引量:2

摘要 目的 了解射频消融术对患者的安全性。方法 通过观察 33例患者行射频消融术治疗室上性心动过速手术前后 1 ,3,5天心肌酶 (GOT、CK、LDH- L)的变化情况 ,并做统计学处理。结果 经统计学两因素方差分析 (F检验 ) ,术后较术前心肌酶升高 GOT(P<0 .0 1 ) ,CK(P<0 .0 5) ,LDH- L (P>0 .0 5)。对于 3种酶最低值与最高值的单因素方差分析 ,多重比较法 (q检验 ) ,P>0 .0 5,说明心肌酶在术后较术前虽有升高 ,但无统计学意义。而心电图的 ST- T亦未见有改变。结论 射频消融术治疗室上性心动过速 ,从心肌酶学角度表明该手术心肌损伤小 。 Objective To investigate the effect and safety of RFCA.Methods The myocardial enzymes changes before operation and on 1,3,5 day after Radiofrequency Catheta Ablation(RFCA) were statistically analysed in 33 patients with Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia(PSVT).Results The myocardial enzymes(GOT,CK,LDH L)after RFCA were higher than those before operation,but there was no statistically significant difference.The patients ECG was normal both before and after RFCA.Conclusion It is effective and secure to treat PSVT by RFCA.
