乳腺浸润癌癌前病变的研究现状 被引量：7

摘要 正确认识并处理乳腺癌癌前病变是降低乳腺癌发病率的关键所在。乳腺上皮内瘤样病变 (IEN )被认为是一组乳腺浸润癌癌前病变 ,包括小叶原位癌和导管内癌。就原位癌而言 ,在某种意义上并非真正意义的癌 ,因为许多病例可以持续数年或数十年不发生浸润 ,部分病例可以终生保持原位 ,少数原位癌还可以自然发生逆转而恢复为正常上皮组织。本文综述国外近年在这一领域的研究现状。
