累及颈总动脉的头颈部癌的外科治疗 被引量：3

摘要 累及颈总动脉的头颈部恶性肿瘤的治疗仍是头颈外科治疗难题。本文分别论述了目前手术治疗现状 ,包括肿瘤剥除术、肿瘤和受累颈总动脉切除、血管重建术及其优缺点 ,颈动脉重建的方法、材料 ,术前预测大脑侧支循环建立情况的检查等。认为应根据患者Willis环是否存在畸形及大脑侧支循环建立情况选择不同手术方式 ,才能降低脑血管并发症的发生率和死亡率。
