摘要
目的 :测定糖尿病 (DM)患者血清中微量元素铜 (Cu)、锌 (Zn)的含量。方法 :采用德国 CENTRONTC公司提供的Cu Zn试剂盒上美国 RA- XT全自动生化分析仪进行自动分析。结果 :检查 2 10例 DM患者血清中 Cu Zn的含量为 Zn(x± 2 s)(14 .2 3± 5 .6 )μmol/L ,Cu(x± 2 s) ,(17.6 5± 6 .33)μmol/L ,与正常对照组相比 DM组血清 Zn明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,Cu明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :观察 DM患者血清中微量元素 Cu Zn的变化对 DM患者的治疗。
This is a discussion on the determination of the serum copper and zinc in diabetes patients. All the samples were determined and analyzed with German CENRONIC copper zinc kits, by an American automatic biochemical analyzer RA XT. The results showed that the serum zinc(±2s)in 210 cases was (14.23±5.6) μmol/L, and that serum copper(±2s)was (17.65±6.33) μmol/L. Consequently, the serum zinc of the diabetes patient group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), while the serum copper, was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). To observe the changes in the serum copper and zinc in diabetes patients is of certain guidance in the treatment of diabetes.
