摘要 专题开发了醇一步常压催化胺化制备三长链烷基叔胺新工艺。研究过程中制备了高效多元固体催化剂,解决了三长链烷基叔胺制备的放大问题,设计了相应的胺化工艺流程和设备。新工艺的催化剂选择性≥95.5%,醇转化率≥98.8%。专题还完成了300t/a的中试生产。 A new process of preparing tri-long-chain alkyl tertiary amine has been developed through catalytic amina-tion under atmospheric pressure. During the research, high efficiency polybasic solid catalyst has been prepared, scaling-up problem of preparing tri-long-chain alkyl tertiary amine has been settled, and corresponding amination process flow and equipment have been designed. Catalyst selectivity of the new process is ≥95. 5% , alcohol conversion is ≥98. 8% . 300t/ a pilot plant production has also been completed.
