介绍了采样方式的发展 ,包括过采样、欠采样、等效时间采样和变速率变分辨率采样 ,以及采集方式的发展 ;并简要介绍了在数据采集和自动化测试系统中用到的并行总线。
The progress of sampling mode is introduced;including over-sampling,under-sampling,equivalent time sampling and variable rate and resolution sampling.Also,the development of acquisition mode,such as parallel acquisition,serial acquisition and interleave acquisition etc.,is stated.In data acquisition and automatic measurement system,the main performance of various bus used,such as parallel bus,serial bus and fieldbus,are introduced briefly.
