摘要
脑卒中是临床上常见的脑血管疾病 ,近年来 ,脑卒中的发病有明显增加的趋势。 1998年 7月 - 2 0 0 1年 6月 ,通过对931例进行头颅 CT检查的脑卒中病人进行总结、分析 ,发现脑卒中的发病有明显的季节性。提示 :脑出血病人以第一、四季度为高发季节 ,占全年度的 6 1.35 %。脑梗塞病人以第二季度为高发季节 ,占全年度的 2 7.0 3%。同时 ,要有效地控制血压 ,消除诱发因素 ,使脑卒中得到系统、完善。
This paper reveals that incidence of cerebral apoplexy varies obviously from different seasons. This conclusion came from an analysis of the head CT reports on 931 stroke cases collected from July 1998 to June 2001, suggesting that the first and fourth seasons are the peak incidence seasons of cerebral hemorrhage (61.35 % of the whole year), and that the second season is the peak incidence season of cerebral infarction (27.03 % of the whole year). In addition, systemic effective prevention and treatment of stroke requires effective control of blood pressure.
