摘要
目的 探讨帕米膦酸二钠 (博宁 )合并化疗治疗乳腺癌骨转移的疗效。方法 博宁第 1天 60～ 90mg ,第 2天 3 0～ 60mg ,每 2～4周重复。结果 止痛有效率达 10 0 % ,活动能力恢复有效率 75 % ,X线片或CT片显示 9例原有病灶的骨质破坏有明显的修复。结论 博宁对乳腺癌骨转移患者 ,在止痛。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Bonin combination chemotherapy for the treatmrnt of breast cancer patients with bone metastases. Methods Bonin 60～90 mg/d 1,30～60 mg/d 2,repeated for 2～4 weeks. Chemotherapy schemes included CMF, NP,NA. Results The response rate of bone pain relief was 100%. The response rate of movement ability recovery was 75%. 9 patients were found with improvemet of bone mineral density on X and CT photograph. Conclusions Bonin can remarkably relieve bone pain improve bone mineral density in breast cancer patients with bone metastases.
