摘要
在轿车开发过程中,由于车轮或悬架系统的改变,往往要重新计算车轮运动包络面,以确保车轮不发生运动干涉。本文在对轿车常用的两种悬架-车轮系统运动分析的基础上,建立了计算车轮运动轨迹包络面的数学方法,并且基于目前汽车行业采用的主要软件平台,研制了一个构造轿车车轮包络面的CAD系统,以适应轿车布置设计的需要。
During the development process of a car, the wheel trace envelope is often calculated for preventing the interference of wheel with fender. In this paper, based on the kinematical analysis of two types of commonly used suspension-wheel systems, a mathematical method for calculating the wheel trace envelope is established. And an associated CAD system is developed on the main software platform widely used in automotive industry to meet the need of the car packaging.
