摘要
对语音信号的特征及其产生模型作一概述,并对实际应用中常采用的编译码算法作一简单介绍。最后结合一些新兴的改进的算法提出改进思路。
This article summarizes the characteristic and generating models of speech signal at first,and then introduces the currently used codec algorithms briefly.Finally,this article brings forward some improving methods with some improved new algorithms.[
