摘要
以川芎、水蛭、炮甲、地龙、归尾、桃仁、红花、鸡血藤、甘草组成芎蛭汤随证加减治疗急性脑梗塞 47例 ,并与用西药治疗的 41例作对比观察 ,结果治疗组总有效率为 93.6 2 % ,对照组为 75 .6 1%。两组比较 ,经X2 检验 ,P <0 .0 1。两组治疗后血液流变学指标比较差异有显著性意义。
Modified Xiongzhi Decotion was used for treating acute cerebral infarction as compared with 41 cases treated by western medicine.Results:the total effective rate was 93.62% in treatment group and 75.61% in control group.There were significant differences between two groups in blood rheological index after x 2 text( P<0.01 ).
