摘要
目的 :研究人体椎间盘随着年龄增长而产生显微、超微结构的增龄变化。方法 :光电镜观察 2 2例年龄 2 7周～ 92岁人胸、腰椎椎间盘结构变化。结果 :成人、老年人脊索细胞、软骨细胞变性坏死 ,胶原纤维增生、排列紊乱、断裂。年龄越大 ,此退变越显著。腰椎间盘软骨细胞变性坏死 ,胶原纤维排列紊乱、断裂比胸椎间盘更显著。结论 :随着年龄增长椎间盘出现退变 。
Objective: To study the age related changes of ultrastructure in human intervertebral disc.Methods:The thoracic and lumbar intervertebral discs from 22 fresh cadavers between 27 weeks and 92 years old were examined with light and electron microscope.Results:In adults and old men,notochordal cell and cartilage cell appeared degeneration and necrosis,collagen appeared proliferation?irregular and gaps.The elder age and the more degeneration.The degeneration of cartilage cell and collagen fiber in lumbar disc was more serious than that in thoricic.Conclusion:The degeneration of intervertebral disc was related to aging.The degeneration of lumber disc was more serious than that of thoracic.
