摘要
目的 探讨总结二段式纯钛人工牙种植体的临床应用疗效。方法 对 112例患者共种植二段式纯钛人工牙种植体 12 8枚 ,术后 3～ 6个月行烤瓷冠修复。结果 修复后通过 1～ 5年随访 ,种植体成功率为 95 .31%。结论 严格的适应症 ,正确的外科操作 ,种植体的合适选择及正确修复是种植体成功的关键。国产人工牙种植体与国外的一些种植体相比 ,其精度有待进一步提高 ,但它价廉 。
Objective: To discuss and sum up the clinical effect of two stage tianium dental implant. Methods: In 112 cases 128 two stage tilanium dental implants were carried out and the procelain crwon prostheses were made after operation in 3～6 months. Results: After 1～5 years' observation, the successful rate of implants was 95.31%. Conclusion: Strict indications, correct operation, right choice of dental implants and prostheses are the key factors for successful implantment. The precision of dental implants made in China needs to be improved, but they are cheap, and suit conditions in China.
