摘要
目的 :了解浙江省人民医院西药用药结构和态势 ,并与杭州地区用药情况作比较。方法 :根据中国药学会科技开发中心提供的医药经济信息及该院医院信息管理系统提供的信息进行分析。结果 :1997～ 2 0 0 0年购药总金额呈逐年递增趋势 ,但增长率有所下降 ;抗感染药物占购药总金额的百分比呈逐年下降趋势。结论
Objective:To elucidate the situation and tendency of the use of drugs in the author's hospital, and compare them with those in other hospitals in the Hangzhou District. Methods:The analysis was made with the data provided by the Development Center of Science and Technology of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association and that by the Information System of the author's hospital. Results:The total expenses used for the purchase of drugs has been increasing year by year during the period of 1997～2000. However, the growth rate of the expense for drugs is descend; the ratio between the expense for antimicrobials and the total expenses for drug purchase is descend year by year. Conclusion: The use of drugs in our hospital is towards a rationalized way.
