摘要
综述非甾体抗炎药———罗非昔布的药理作用特点和临床应用。研究表明 ,罗非昔布可有效地抑制环氧化酶 Ⅱ ,能够减少脂多糖诱导的前列腺素E2 的合成 ,而对血小板或胃粘膜中的血栓素B2 的合成无明显影响 ;临床应用显示 ,罗非昔布对骨关节炎及剧痛的疗效较好 。
