摘要
目的探讨进行围手术期的整体护理对老年性白内障患者手术及术后的影响。方法对 12 9例老年性白内障患者随机编入实验组 (进行围手术期整体护理 )和对照组 (接受所在病区的一般心理护理 ) ,对两组病人进行手术时间 ,术中病人配合程度 ,病人满意度 ,术后视力 ,住院天数及术后并发症的比较。结果实验组的手术时间明显缩短 ,术中病人配合程度和病人满意度均明显提高 ,术后实验组的病人术后视力有明显提高 ,住院时间明显缩短 ,并发症也明显减少 (P <0 0 5 )。结论对老年性白内障患者进行围手术期的整体护理可缩短手术时间 ,提高术中病人配合程度及病人满意度 ,缩短住院天数 ,提高术后视力 。
Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing on before and after the operation of the elder cataract. Method 129 cases of elder patients s with cataract were selected and divided into two groups, experimental group had holistic nursing, control group had routine nursing, the time of operation, patient's cooperation and satisfaction, days of hospitalization anf complication were compared between the two groups. Result compared with control group, the time of operation, patient's cooperation, satisfaction, and eyesight increased remarkably, and day of hospitalization and complication reduced significantly ( P <0.05). Conclusion Conducting holistic nursing for elder patients with cataract during operation will shorten Operation and hospitalization time, improving the patient's cooperation and satisfaction, increase eyesight and reducing complication.
