摘要
目的 :分析复发性腹股沟疝的病因及无张力疝修补术的治疗效果。探讨无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝的疗效。方法 :应用美国巴德公司生产的BardMeshPerfixPlug产品用于无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝 3 2例。结果 :3 2例中复发性腹股沟疝经无张力疝修补术 ,全部治愈 ,无一例复发。结论 :应用无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝符合腹股沟管解剖生理要求 ,术式合理 ,疗效满意。
Objectives: To analyze the etiology of recurrent inguinal hernia and the therapeutic effects of plug mesh hernia repair. To search the therapeutic effects of plug mesh hernia repair in recurrent inguinal hernia. Method: Bard Mesh Perfix Plug was used in plug mesh hernia repair to treat 32 cases with recurrent inguinal hernia. Results: All the patients were cured by plug mesh hernia repair. No recurrence was reported. Conclusions: Plug mesh hernia repair is a perfect surgical operation, which accords with the anatomic and physiologic heeds of inguinal canal. Therapeutic effect has been improved entirely.
