摘要
研究了T9A钢铅浴淬火时,再辉效应对其显微组织和机械性能的影响.在珠光体转变温度范围内等温时,随着等温温度的降低,引起塑性下降的原因是再辉效应促发颗粒状或短片状珠光体形成;在上贝氏体转变温度区,由于出现再辉效应产生的温度爬升现象,使试样温度升至屈氏体转变温度区从而形成上贝氏体和屈氏体的混合组织,使得强度增高曲线出现平台或稍有下降,且塑性发生下降,同时,还对等温淬火的定义提出了新的看法,绘出了反映实际情况的共析钢C-曲线上的组织形成图。
The paper is researched in detail into what the recalescenceeffect influences on the microstructures and mechanicd properties of T9 Asteel when it is cooted in lead patening medium. It is discovered that in pear-lite microstructure, ductilty can be diminished when producing short-plate orgranular pearlite which is promoted by the recalescence effect, and a plat-form or a little drop exhibited in strength-rising curve and ductility thatoccures a substantial decrease are due to form a mixture of upper bainiteplus troostite that results from occuring troo-stitic transformation, becausein upper bainite temperature range the recalescence induces the temperatureclimbed-up phase transition and makes the temperature reach the temperatureof forming troostite. In the paper the new view about the definition ofisothermal quenching is proposed, and the Structures picture of C-curve re-flecting actual condition is drawed.
