摘要
讨论了一些早期的有关光的本性的科学实验 (如Michelson -Morley实验 ,Lebedev实验 ,Compton实验 ,Maiman实验等 )。然后指出 :由于超光速、超慢光速、负折射率的研究的进展 ,人们对光波性质的兴趣大大增长了。介绍了量子光学方面的一些最新实验 ,如激光冷却、Bose-Einstein凝聚态。
Several early science experiments such as Michelson-Morley test,Lebedev test,Compton test,Maiman test,etc,for the light's esscnces are discussed.With the development of faster-than-light,very slow light speed,and negative refraction index researches,it is of current interest to understand the situations of the subject about light waves.The new experimental contributions to quantum optics recently are also described,including the laser cooling,Bose-Einstein condensation,and the atom laser.
