主要从合金淬透性的角度出发,证明了高铬铸铁中以锰代钼的可行性。结果还表明,锰量的最佳值在5%左右,含这个锰量的高铬铸铁能保证模数高至62.5mm的铸件淬透,其α_K值达7.5~8.0J/cm^2,从而满足一般高铬铸铁铸件的质量要求。
Principally from a standpoint of hardenability the authors have, proved the possibility in substituting Mn for Mo in high-Cr cast irons. The results indicated that an optimum Mn content of the order of 5% is sufficient to ensure high-Cr cast iron castings with modulus as high as 62.5mm can be fully hardened and makes the αK value of the alloy reach 7.5-8.0J/cm2, thus satisfying quality requirements for common high-Cr cast iron castings.
