摘要
在25kg非自耗电极有衬电渣炉精炼铁水的实验工作基础上,进行了冲天炉—有衬电渣炉双联熔炼铸造铁水的半工业生产试验.研究表明,该工艺能使铁水的脱硫率达到60～90％,中间合金用量减少1/3～1/2。
Based on the experiments of electroslag melting of molten cast iron performed in 25kg non-consumable lining electroslag furnace, the cupola - lining ESR furnace combined melting technique on pilot plant scale heve been stutied.The rate of desulphrization reached 60-90%.
