摘要
以我国水产品进口关税的基本现状为背景 ,从一般贸易理论和实践的视角 ,较为深入地探讨了加入WTO后水产品关税调整的主要原则和总体战略 ,提出了关税税制适度复杂化的观点 ;并对关税保护的产品取向等问题进行了研究 ,提出关税保护应考虑各种产品的国际竞争力 ,应考虑各种产品的消费潜力 。
Based on the tariffs state of Chinas aquatic product,the thesis study the main rules and strategies of tariff restructuring after entering WTO.It puts forward the suggestion of moderate multiplicity on tariff structure.It also gives some advice on how to protect the aquatic product on tariff structure.
