激动素处理对人工老化条件下龙胆种子活力的影响

Effects of KT Treatment on Seed Vigor of Gentiana scabra in Artificial Ageing

摘要 激动素丙酮溶液处理的龙胆种子经过一定天数的人工老化后,其发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均较不处理的和用水作对照的种子高,其中100μM、50μM激动素丙酮溶液效果最明显。处理1小时的种子发芽率和活力指数比处理2小时的高。随着老化天数的增加外渗液电导率和电解质外渗百分率均增大,但处理与不处理间的电导率和电解质外渗百分率差异不大。 Seeds of Gentiana scabra treated by different concentrations of KT acotone solution, were stored in ageing condition. The rate of seed germination, the germination index (GI), and the vigor index(Ⅵ) can be increased by KT treatment. The best KT Concentration are 100μM and 50 μM. Seeds treated 1 hour were better than those treated 2 hours. With the proceeding of the days of ageing, the percentage of electrolysis exosmosis were increased, but their variations caused by treatment of KT were not obvious.
