摘要
以预胶化淀粉为主要赋形剂,直接与氟哌酸或环丙氟哌酸混合填充胶囊。解决了原料药流动性差,质地轻药物不能直接进行胶囊填充问题。经过对这种制剂的质量和稳定性考察,结果表明:装量稳定、含量均匀、平均回收率为99.63％,30分钟溶出率在90％以上,样品有效期超过二年。本法工艺简单,操作方便。
The capsules were directly filled with the mixture of norfloxacin and ciproflxaci, the pregelatimized starch being used as a main excipient. The result showed the quality of stable preparation and uniform dosage. The average recovery was 99.63％, the drug release over 90％ with 30 min. and the effective date more than two years. The technology and operation were simple.
