摘要
静态爆破的原理是将破碎剂用水调成浆体装入炮孔中 ,其产生的巨大膨胀压力可无声地破碎构件。北京洲际大厦在结构施工过程中 ,应用该技术拆除部分现浇梁板 ,无震动及噪声污染 ,安全环保 ,操作简单 ,效率高。但该技术也有一定的适用条件 ,且成本稍高 。
The principle of static demolition is putting into blasthole water-mixed tatter agent and then the building elements will be demolished noiselessly by the tremendous expansion. In the construction of ZhouJi Mansion of Beijing this technology was adopted to demolish some cast-in-situ beams and slabs. There was no vibration, nor noise, This is a safe process without vibration and noise, but handling easily and efficiently. Particular conditions need to be met when adopting this technology and appropriate analysis must be made before it is used for a certain building. The shortcoming of the technology is its higher cost.
