摘要
本文分析了火车栈桥油罐车计量装车存在的问题,提出了实现计算机自动计量付油系统方案。方案中应用当今技术发展的最新成果,首次将栈桥的自动化控制与生产管理结合起来,并付褚实施,使得传统的火车栈桥人工付油作业在技术上产生了质的进步。方案充分考虑了可靠性、安全设计,解决了实际生产中存在的隐患,本系统在大庆石化分公司炼油厂投入运行后产生了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
The paper analyzed the problems with weighing by tank car at train loading bay, presented the project of realization automatic weighing and loading system with computer. The latest achievements of current technology development were used in the project. It was the first time to integrate the automatic control of loading bay with production management and put it to use, make an essential progress in the manual operation of traditional loading bay. Reliability and safety design are fully considered in the project, resolved the hidden danger in the actual production. The system produced obvious financial and social benefit after putting it to use in refinery plant of daqing petrochemical company.
