摘要
文章浅议了“从信息管理到知识管理”的观点。并提出了信息服务的具体措施是馆藏资源网络化、信息服务现代化、情报教育能力化、馆员素质知识化。
This paper discusses the viewpoint that is from information management to knowledge-based management,also expound detailed measure of information service such as library sources networkization ,information service modernization,information capacity cultivation and librarians competence improvement.
