摘要
针对现阶段文献资源购置与经费紧张的矛盾 ,素质教育与封闭办馆的对立 ,高校合作与图书馆合作的互动以及信息技术的影响等方面的矛盾与问题 ,分析了文献资源共享的必要性以及在同一城市实现文献资源共享操作上的可行性 ,并从思路、内容、模式、特征、原则等 5个方面提出了基本构想 ,进而明确了实施的具体要求。
According to the contradiction of document resource purchase with fund shortage at present and the opposition of quality education with close-managed libraries,and because of the contradictions and problems in such aspects as the interaction of college cooperation and library cooperation,and the influence of information techniques,this paper analyzes the necessity of document resource sharing and the practicability of the performance in realization of document resource sharng in the same city.This paper also puts forward fundamental thoughts in five aspects:train of thoughts,contents,pattern,characteristics and principle,and makes clear the concrete demands in operation.
