摘要
本文介绍了自行设计、制造的三步电沉积装置,并就连续三步电沉积工艺加真空热压的方法制备碳纤维增强铜基复合材料进行了研究。探讨了热压参数及纤维比对碳/铜复合材料组织性能的影响。
A continuous three-step electrodepositing installation has been designed and manufactured. The carbon fiber reinforced copper composites obtained by electrodepositing and hot pressing method in vaccum are studied, and the influences of hot pressing parameters and fiber volume fraction on the structures and properties of C / Cu composite are investigated.
