摘要
本文通过理论分析提出了一种新的金属基复合材料成形工艺——液相调压浸渗成形法,考察了可调工艺参数对浸渗过程的影响规律。实验表明,升压速度在很大程度上决定着材料的浸渗和凝固过程。采用调压浸渗成形工艺可以在较低的压力及模温下获得复合良好的金属基复合材料。
A new forming process for metal-matrix composite, the pressure-regulating liquid infiltration technology, has been set up on the basis of theoretical analysis. The influence of the processing parameters on the quality of carbon fibres reinforced aluminium alloy has been investigated. It is shown that the process of infiltration and solidification of metal-matrix composite is mainly controlled by pressure-regulating velocity. High quality composite is able to be formed at low temperature and pressed by using the pressure-regulating liquid infiltration technology.
