摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司I套硫回收装置在酸性气燃烧炉燃烧器及炉体、余热锅炉、转化器等主体设备不变动的情况下 ,通过采用Plibrico耐火材料衬里 ,用D6 0 1.7型离心风机替代原 3台L32 2 0 /0 .5型罗兹风机 ,换用较大的丝网捕集器和高温掺合阀 ,对液硫储槽进行改造等措施 ,使硫磺产量由 3kt/a上升到 10kt/a ,产品硫磺优等品率达到 98%以上。
The sulfur production capacity has been expanded from 3kt/yr to 10 kt/yr in the refinery of Luoyang Company,China Petrochemical Corporation by using the Plibrico refractory liner and the D60 centrifugal blower,the larger sulfur collector and admixture valve.After revamping,the percentage of premium grade sulfur has reached over 98%.
