用于催化裂化的预汽提式提升管末端快分系统的研究及工业应用 被引量:35

摘要 在大型冷模试验装置上 ,系统地考察了带有密相环流预汽提器的提升管末端快分(CSC)系统的操作性能。结果表明 ,该系统能较好地实现气固的快速分离、催化剂的高效快速预汽提及油气的快速引出 ,系统各部分压力分布合理 ,当气体线速在 9~ 2 1m/s时 ,冷态下的气固分离效率高达 99%以上 ,并具有较好的预汽提效果。工业应用结果表明 ,CSC系统开工灵活 ,操作弹性大 ,气固分离效率高 (油浆固含量小于 2g/L) 。 The operating performance of a new gas solid separation system of riser terminal rough cut cyclone with a pre stripper in dense phase circulation was systematically investigated in a large size cold FCC simulator. The solid particles can be quickly and efficiently separated and stripped by the said system. The gas residence time can be shortened; the separation efficiency was enhanced; and reasonable pressure distribution of various parts of the system was obtained. The total gas solid separation efficiency under ambient temperature was higher than 99% when a gas linear velocity in the range of 9-21m/s. The industry application indicated that the said system had the advantages of flexible startup and operation, and high separating efficiency of gas solid (the sediment content in slurry was less than 2g/L). Therefore, the product distribution was availably improved.
